- As far as I was the first employee for this organization, I build and exercised my capacity how to organize a new office, starting from getting license by dealing different government organization up to recruiting staffs . - In my profession, I did both financial and Human manual and make it practical. - There is a good team work in the organization and hence there is no any problem to achieve the activities of the organization.

Dislikes

There was a fund consterate to give capacity building for the staff and also the payment and the benefit also limited, like paying school fee, job training and so on...This makes the staff dissatisfied to work for many years.
