Manager in illegal office affairs and alway take the side of one female employee. And threthen other staff to terminate. And always sends mails regarding your name and highlights you in upper management without consulting with you. And support her mistresses. Approx 80% staff is left their job just because of this culture.

It's good organisation for freshers. I worked with GTT almost 2 years and got promoted through IJP. Company culture is awesome and good leadership. Lots of things to learn in GTT.

I love my students to whom I give my training. Plus, IT Lab because there are laptops instead of desktops for the students.

Manager Biased Management (Hindu/Muslim) Lake of knowledge about update things No will to include new updated module for learning Traditional lectures Disturbing the classes by entering anytime and giving unnecessary lectures No idea how to manage documents No value for your time, your opinion No value for your suggestions Extending working hours Calling on every weekends Threatening to students on their absence Back biting of the trainers in the classroom And so many. I think this is why he is not able to retain his staff. In last 8 months 6 people has resigned including trainers, mobilizers and placement coordinators.

Mostly employees are on contractual basis. The HR doesn't tell you beforehand about the contractual thing. A few managers don't keep a professional relationship. Your personal things are used against you. The manager unnecessarily asks you to work on weekends when the work isn't urgent and can wait till Monday. Degrading msgs from the manager and doesn't understand work life balance and even msgs employees late at night for work which is unnecessary. Doesn't let them take their leaves and threatens to fire if somebody puts their opinion in front of him. Uses employees laptop to send themselves an email stating that I am cancelling my leaves and deletes from the employee's laptop. Very unethical. When complained to the head of department, she supports him saying that it was a prank which was clearly not. Have turned it into a BPO.The manager says that he doesn't know anything and doesn't have any sort of experience and known in the field. Even work related issues are not resolved.Threatens the employees to resign even if the don't want to. Overall, terrible experience. Would not suggest anyone to work here.

Pathetic leave policy. You have to put in 9.5 hours whether you have work or not. No holidays except national holidays and Diwali. Other holidays are optional holidays.
