Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

I worked with them... The owner will force u to resign... And will not pay u the salary.. Simply stating that they dont have funds.. I guess its a fake... Pls be aware..

My worst career experience ever, I have seen so many people fired from here without no reason,and our salary has also been delayed so much above 2-3 months we got our salaries,there is no professional team here everyone is interest in other's personal life specially senior of this company. They wants respect but they don't give. They are very rude with their employees and that's just flattery here nothing else.
