Really third class owner, global shiksha /the wellness shop is a scam company they cut salary of the employees without any reason cheaters. They use abusing language chamn,gawar,anpadh etc ceo don't deserve any respect.

Likes

The company's product is decent but has to innovate it with the passage of time. The pay is the only thing that is a little satisfactory.

Dislikes

The company doesn't have any work culture. Too much of stress. No feedback System. No appraisal. No customer service or complaints redressal. No quality in the product or service given by the company. No career growth. No growth opportunities. Monotonous work. Exploitation of employees. No facilities are provided. No snacks or beverages. No work from home option. Inadequate guiding at work. No team outings. No talking with colleagues except for in breaks. No flexible work hours. Pressurized to work overtime. 9 hours must in a day for 6 days in a week. No paid leaves. Every leave taken is an LOP.

The working atmosphere of the organization is comfortable. the organization cultural background is diversified in nature and equal treatment is given to each and every employee. The organization is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high some time. but that is part and parcel of any organization

They don’t secure the employees. More concerned about account balance. Not the employees satisfaction. Each and every employee is squeezed and fired. Sometimes bought from a different location and then fired In a week. Never join this company if you are looking for growth. The highlight is Anshu. Company is only for her. No one else can survive. She is demon.

The management which is very disappointing. They discriminate people a lot.

The friendly nature and good behaviour of collogues and from the seniors. I think nobody needs to say something more than this. Heaven in the name of work space.
