I liked the job role as a PPC expert.

1- no job insecurity 2- there's no company hierarchy followed. CEO will intervene in every possible situation and the HR team will try to deduct your salary. 3- They can deduct even 5 days salary for a single sick leave and if you are ill and you couldn't inform before the shift starts then there are high chances that you'll be replaced. 4- micromanagement- throughout the day the CEO will keep an eye on you and would further deploy people to keep a close eye on you. 5- they do have sandwich leave policy. It's better not to work rather being tortured by the company.

Everything, I did not get salary after 1 month of completion notice and there is no praises ever about the work always they give you shortage of Target cohort wise and unlimited unnecessary calls and follow ups need to complete bcz of the crm design tool every day there are number of calls have to do along with other things like attending students new inquiries, ongoing application cases, targets of country wise and many more, I emailed multiple times to company CEO, owner and all HR members regarding salary they all passes the questions to each other and finally I left emailing because there was no answer at all, in Ahmedabad branch specially always the one and only person available for all countries work and also to maintain office and the one office boy, I was the only counselor during the working hours daily. How they run branches don't know. There is another pressure of work by every hours from the HO and the HR continues watching you on camera everyday and after watching they called you about your work whatever you are doing either in lunch or in washroom

...now their work. They will keep your original documents which is totally illegal. Also hold your salary when you leave organisation. They have alot of work but can't hire people to do. They will give you alot of work to one person without any SALARY APRAISAL. I don't know about students but their work environment is pathetic. Will never recommend Global Opportunities to anyone. Please don't waste your time here. There are lot of other organisations who will praise your skills.

Since it’s a small company with less no. Of employees, it gives a homely vibe

Dislikes

They don’t pay you well, there are no benefits that you get ( no incentives- they say there are but they never give, so don’t be fooled), no leave benefit, no conveyance, they want you to devote yourself to the company but not pay you for all the hard work. Appraisals and promotions are a joke unless and until you have been working for years. Work life balance doesn’t really exist
