...hours everyday. Apart from this we r not learning anything with office politics. Making us work on weekends with no compensation for the same. We are not given our sick and causal leaves as well. Worst environment to work do not join the company.

Your initial 1-1.5 year is good wherein you get to learn lot of new things. However, post that you have to do repetitive tasks and that can be tedious. Culture is good and there is considerable work life balance. Good company to start your career with.

If anyone wanted to make a career in corporate; this organization is worst to start with. Or else you will lose the faith in corporate career!! And I mean it. There is no work life balance, work satisfaction or peace of mind. They will play with your mental health and put you into that misery that you will take a months to recover. Company has no log of timing. As a result you have to work for 12 to 13 hours. The organisation is also filled with favouritism. On the other hand, managers and asst. managers acts like a narcissist. As an employee I agree that company does not provide satisfied reports to the clients but the AI contents which can be get easily. I wish nothing but the downfall for this organisation. If anyone call it a frustration, thats fine. But yes this organisation sucks.

Fraud company AI generated content and Even ME, the CNM team has the worst Senior research analyst and associate directors. God will see these karma will haunt you guys I curse you for the bad deeds

Mentor was good and understanding

Work culture is pathetic. They don't deliver on their promises. Little to no growth and job security is really low. I got appraisal after a year and half and it felt like getting pocket money, it was that low... Not even 10% increment 🥲
