When we are in holiday or leave after two year's they used to hold our salary and service charge not only increment so pls dont ever do like that we are giving our 100℅so you also look for us and that is your first responsibility.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

This is very good company. And salary structure is not bad. But the company's culter and schedule not good. There have a mantion duty 9 hours including 1hour break time. We are doing duty time 10+hours, and don't have break time.

Working timing is very bad. And all-time staffing problem. And launch and breakfast also bad for staff.

In the starting when I started to do working in global kitchen was everything nice like there rules and regulations were respecting each other well behaviour not to feel down employees work cultures was absolutely perfect and professionalism also well maintained. Togetherness was there .

Dislikes

What I dislike most here is there is low benefits like we hardly get promotions and increments after giving all the Khoon pasina mehnat and we all giving sacrifice like we sacrifice all the festivals all the holidays all the get-togetherness towards to company we only work hard but end in we get nothing just get regret that saying why even I come here to work.

Good culture, its very good management, such I like company polices ,very sctrly rules and regulations, on time salary, in time services charges, and company given to extra chance to prove your growth and ,on time increment, comapny bonus, working environment such a good, I wood like work here as a proudly..
