...r growth was not available as it was a stand alone one point MBA programme only. Although for me salary was good but for the entire team it was not acceptable.Appraisal system was not in practice excepting annual increment which very negligble. Travel was permitted but with own cost. No politics was in practice. Learning was manageable as there was no scope available for extra learning. Work environment was good.There was every scope for innovation. Work life balance was as desired. Over all working with Global Institute was good excepting career growth ,less earnings and opportunities. I was not allowed to quit. But I request to have a change to learn more and particularly the new dimensions.

Dislikes

Nothing. I have no disliking on any point. Every thing is good.But entrepreneurial investment and some bank finance for initiating development /growth was lacking. To fight in quality, more investment is needed.
