Nothing at all. Treat employs as UNPAID SERVANTS with extremely less salary.

Dislikes

Dislike everything. Bad hospital culture. Zero job satisfaction. Seniors don't approve leave ( seems like leave will be approved only if the employee is bedridden or dies!) They think employees don't deserve any leave. Extremely less pay. A roadside seller earns more than the employee.

It was a wonderful exposure i never get anywhere. Transportation of organs saving human lives.I thank the person who gave me a chance to work in that team. it is a blessed job.

...am members are not ready to send me. Not giving me a chance for proper reliving.I was worked there without salary from May to Aug for 4 months I had settled all my bills but you ppl not even send my PF amount . Kindly go through my PF amount .

...king over by IHH, Parkway Pentai group, it's very pathetic company to work with. No good leadership, no positive vision of company, Non-Transparent management, Cheating in salary, vary bad work culture.... Not recommended to join...

...bal hospital because it open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The work atmosphere is very good, job security, career growth is there, on time salary is given. The teammates are Supportive, cooperative and good teamwork. The organisation will conduct frequent training classes for the staff and appraisals were given according to their seniority and we work happily.

I feel happy if discharge process is done online system.
