At Global Honey Bee, what I appreciate the most is the genuine sense of camaraderie and support among the colleagues. It's heartening to work in an environment where everyone is supportive and collaborative, fostering the culture of team work & mutual respect. Moreover the emphasis on work-life balance and learnings at the workplace is a significant plus, allowing me to pursue personal interest while growing up the career ladder professionally. The opportunities of learning and growth are invaluable. I have learned new skills and gained more exposure in the broader areas of work.

Dislikes

While there are many positives, there are instances of not so good time as well. There are occassional periods of high work load that challenge work life balance. While these periods are understandable from a business & dynamic work perspective, better strategies to manage such situations could be implemented or offered to reduce the work stress.

Likes

Good environment and learning. Exposure to industry trends and interesting projects to work on. After working with GHB, now I have joined google india. Thanks to the learnings and projects provided by Global Honey bee.

Dislikes

We are expected to set higher standards with each project. There's no stress but sometimes, the deadlines are very shorrt..
