everything from salary package to work-life balance to environment and company culture, also from HR to upper management most here are illiterate

They will give package as per your demand and expect to work thrice the pay . No job security . No systematic procedure no training on their software and they don't have any defined error parameters. If they feel it's error it's error .the company with no policy's

There is nothing to like but regret as you have to submit your original records and you will not get any papers if your have worked in the company for less than 12 months .please stay away from this organization. They will select new recruits and toss of the current employee will silly reason that's not acceptable.

Likes

Good salary, cool manager, good hike, providing promotion and appraisal, no pressure, fixed shifts and off. Getting leaves when we need.

Dislikes

Not providing food all time, there is only a specific time they will provide food. Not allowing outside during the shift timings.

Good place to work.Iam in wfh so I am okk with that . Able to maintain our personal life and at the same time our career also . Overall I have good experience in global health care
