Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Terrible company... Very unprofessional people they pretend to be professionals but they are cheat and fraud people they will never give salary so never join this company... Or you will regret... They commit salaries but never release them and appointment letter that will never be issued..

This is a very good company. The managment of Global Fragrance is always ready to give chance to the freshers and always ready to give oppurtinities to every staff member for their career growth in their respective dept. The company is having a very positive enviroment , in which i am very happy to work in. And the best thing which i like is that the managment is always ready to support their staff members ..
