Likes

Visa Processing. International work locations. They don't fire as no one wants to stay with them.

Dislikes

Delayed Salary, Improper Rotation, Living Condition, Work cultural, cheating Behavior within employee because of inter departmental rivalry. Mis behavior with hired Consultants. Lying to new Consultants to achieve targets. Improper financial management. Hiring division is the worst.

Not getting compensation as per hard work and dedication. Many times, I have to work more than 17-18 hours without any food or beverage by the company. Manager do not value my hard work and dedication. Our work couture is set by the company 24*7, we need to work 24*7 without any extra facilities by the company.
