Shared work with other corporations and planning groups for major projects has required extensive periods away from home base and large corporate bureaucracy - impacting flexibility of efficiency and speed of a smaller dedicated workforce. In spite of total cost coverage of visas, housing costs and moving expenses some staff are not electing to move overseas ..
