Dislikes : Uncertainty of stability of Industry sector in N.America. Company is merging with associated LNG innovation group and moving to new European base. Shared work with other corporations and planning groups for major projects has required extensive periods away from home base and large corporate bureaucracy - impacting flexibility of efficiency and speed of a smaller dedicated workforce. In spite of total cost coverage of visas, housing costs and moving expenses some staff are not electing to move overseas .. Not entirely negative as integrated organization will be of manageable size again, and budget in place..
