Support can not expected from reporting manager and HR also from Owner. They can not pay full and final amount also your last month salary also not pay. Work culture for 12 hours duty and after that you have to ask ur manager for living home.

Teammates are cooperative and job is secure depending your performance. Salary is as per the industry and is credited timely. It is a very good company and one can have his future up to the top level on working dedicatedly.

My experience at Global Electronics was challenging and disappointing. The work-life balance was extremely poor, with excessive working hours and little regard for personal time. Compensation was below industry standards, and at times, it felt like the company struggled to afford employees salaries. Job security was a significant concern, as the company could terminate employees on unsuitable or incorrect reasons on the same day. During my tenure, I witnessed 5 to 8 employees being fired within three months based on unfair and inaccurate feedback from managers, even when their reports showcased good achievements. Growth opportunities were limited, and the appraisal process lacked transparency, adding to the dissatisfaction. Although there were occasional opportunities for skill development, they were inconsistent and insufficient. The overall work satisfaction was low due to poor management, a lack of recognition, and an unstable work environment. Additionally, you often had to beg for leaves from some managers, who would even threaten you regarding your leave requests. The company culture was unsupportive, with little teamwork or morale. I hope the company takes this feedback constructively to address these issue and improve the workplace for future employees.

-There is lot of politics. -Different different rules for every employee, there are no standard rules for every employee. -Work culture is not good -No appreciation by management
