It is a good company for fresher. Salary is good and you are a workaholic it is a good company for you but if you want work life balance then it is not a permanent choice for you Management is not bad Actually it is the nature of work nobody can help instead of yourself.

...is using the company as a personal area, that is effecting the work culture. Salary will not be credited in time. U.S management is wonderful, But Indian management is really bad. I still like GDS.

Likes

HR works faster. Can get basic knowledge on excel and market research. If interested, have scope to learn intermediate level of excel. No stress in work.

Dislikes

Very less scope of learning. After 3 months, there is nothing left to learn much. Repetition of same work again again. Very very less scope of Career growth in same company. Too many politics, because people don't have any work to do.

Nothing at all. Its a wastage of time working here.

Dislikes

The company does not care about any learning or growth for its employees. They are better off if you stay for a year n go away. Definitely not worth risking your career with them. The management will not take any constructive feedback. They will always have an answer ready to negate any feedback coming from you.
