Dislikes

I have to pay rupees 60,000/- to join the ship through Anchor cruise line agency at Panjim Goa India. Also I have to pay rupees 5,000/- To get my passport clear from there. In kitchen most of the crew dont have proper knowledge of cooking not even they dont have proper skills . Most of the people are relatives or a natives of the kitchen management.

Dislikes

Old guest is complaining to guest service with silly reasons. Like some time they don't like outside weather even sometimes they start shouting on the gangway because they don't like weather.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
