Director has very controlling attitude. He will keep watching you through camera all day. If you talk to anyone in office he will call and scold. He will keep asking you to justify every second. He treats employees like a slave. Few Chamcha has given good review but do not beleive it. Just check on Linkiden how many people left that organization.

Bad culture and good environment of learning is needed their. They use strong language for employees. They do not respect their staff and they treat them like a laborer. They do not give credits to their employees and they in fact behave in such a way that I thought to leave the organization. They threw me out in one day without any resignation period. I had fired a suit against them also. But they have contacts so they used and gave money. I will tell you that if you go to a place where the directors use strong language then you must think twice before joining. They even gave a 2 months resignation period notice and afterwards kick me out in one day. The staff their are very useless and you must read anything before you sign. I had experienced of one staff member she only made me sign in the document and then tricked me. I use be like a worker their. I use to open office in the morning and close in the evening. They never praised me for anything. This what it is. Take before you join. And take before you sign any document.

Boss treat like you slave, there is no liberty - you will.be watched even when you will go to washroom. Mobile phone will be submitted. The lunch is just of 20 min, you cannot take single min extra break. Plus they will ask you sign bond as well. They select everything but attrition rate is very poor
