New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Lots of trainings for teachers,Professional development.

Every week 3 stay backs.Every Saturday working.Lots of stay back and then lot of work to complete at home as well. Anytime anywork can be given to u. Salary increment hardly 2.5k. after a year.

Management is extremely understanding and cordial. Kudos to the principal Ms Anita. Mr jaypal, the president is a humble and down to earth human being Bus facility and coffee coupons are provided for teachers

Dislikes

Oh the list is huge! The level of politics and nepotism created by Ms archana and Ms hemalata is horrendous. Both the women think no end to themselves and they've spoilt the school's reputation. It's high time the management shows them the gate else the school will not thrive. Ms archana especially is a terrible, egoistic, arrogant woman who is nothing less than an empty vessel. Teachers teach in Hindi. Even English language is taught in Hindi. Lol. Stupid clowns and jokers.

This is a school offers Cambridge and CBSE up to grade 12. Work load and work life balance is good. But professional growth is Nil and they follow linear organisational structure. Offers benefit only for the people who are very close to the principal. Offer 50 % chila concession.
