It has such a worst Management i ever seen in my experience.. All enrollment operations Team Leads are such a Womenegers & perverts... During my time they hired such a stupid people who don't even know Professional behavior, Professional conversation, workplace ethics, behaviours etc... 1Hr for entire organization... There were few stupid girls in enrollment team and the TL were nonsense..... They simple made me cry and torched like hell.. Later the whole company moved in to Administration and GBG no more in market... That's caurse to them..

Some people are toxic everywhere, but majority of the people are great here special shout out to my US counter part, who always made sure all people are treated with kindness and empathy.

1. Not a good company if you want to grow in your career 2. Management is big negative to the organisation. 3. No incentives or benefits 4. No skill development 5. Higher management is just here to enjoy 6. Don't expect much because there's nothing there to expect pure time waste and no recognition

This company offers u food work life balance but to grow in carrier or improve skills it offers nothing and also offer average salaries but if u only need peace of mind your life with average salary gbg is best in it

I am in enrollment department. manager do not have empathy. She just need fame and power. She is too insecure of her job. She uses people for her fame, diginty and her respect

GBG as a company growing with good reputation in claims team. Horrible bad reputation on customer and enrolment team
