Better to stay home, if your planning to join globalbees. You will not get salary properly, every month you will submit your expenses on time, but when it will credit God also don't know. Most of time you will get only 25% to 40% of expenses. Balance expenses you have to forget. Work life balance is zero job security is zero.

I like that the work is fast paced and things keep moving, everyone takes accountability and responsibility on what they're working on, there is no micro-managing and there is creative freedom on the things we build.

We have a great manager so there's always guidance, support and mentorship when needed. It's the mix of an organization and start-up, so there's enough to be done, but without ridiculous hours.

It's a work from home isn't a provision, maybe we could be a little more flexible there.

No work-life balance Work till 12am with no recognition of hardwork or appreciation Underpaid employees Rejected all requests for appraisal of employees HR biggest issue in this company - worst experience ever - tell you to resign or shut up and work straight to your face if you don't like what your current situation is in the company. Abhorrent behaviour. No room for growth or climbing up the promotion chain. You will so easily get thrown out and replaced rather than being given what you deserve for all the hardwork, sweat and tears you have put in to build this startup. Join here if you want to learn the game of e-commerce but never expect any good career growth even if they sell you big dreams of growing alongside the startup (which they sell on a regular basis but never deliver - seen it 10 or so times with different people now). Good office connectivity by metro. Good team members in the office. All problems are with the upper management, thus, dont expect them to be solved. Keep your hopes of career advancement to a minimum and just go there to learn and you'll probably survive.
