I m working as neem trainee and I will like to working on SAP processor ,and my ambition is became a good SAP developer related to our company process . I was learning most of the work related like how handled the problems,how they management working and growth then how much important for SAP in CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) and lots of them

Very good. It's like a family. Company owner is very nice and humble person. Lots of learning here, Mr and Mrs Anand is very supportive,humble and generous..always stood with their employees like a family

I have joined as a fresher & got lots of opportunities to learn. MD has very great and big vision for the company & have potential to grab it. Got opportunities to travel to 4 countries during my job tenure and exposure to International Automotive market.

Some founder employees are still stuck to the company which has traditional way of working culture, which is making bad impact on customer as well as young talents.

The work environment is friendly but full of stress. Inter-department interference is one of the worst features. Inter unit transfers are very frequent. Not too good to work over all
