The management is very hypocrite. They call hired engineers and make them to stay in guest house room turned out from personal property of Directors. That too is not proper. They don't value the good work done by employees only when they want to take out some additional work they will speak nicely to you. They want young graduated inexperienced engineers only to save money and take out work from them and they will show that they are encouraging them. Their setup in Africa is worst. Many employees falls sick.HR Deepa is a non professional employee and out of knowledge person and a big hypocrite only want to stay in good books of the management. I would recommend even if you join your job is not anytime secured and you'll can take up the job for time being.

Only those who work with you on site are good in behaviour and you get to learn from them only, rest higher management of the company is useless they will do nothing for you.

Dislikes

This company is not carrier builder they are carrier ruiner that's it. Leader of the company doesn't know how to run it.
