No coordination between seniors. Because of that junior employee suffer. No experience letter given. No Job security. Any time they can remove you in short notice or even in 1 day. Director behavior not good. Even HR keep changing.

Working at this company was one of the worst experiences of my career. The management shows no respect for its employees and often exploits them. Even when there’s no work, you’re forced to stay late, and leaving just five minutes early is frowned upon. The head of the department and the legal team, particularly the head of legal, would regularly make inappropriate, toxic comments about female employees, often talking about their body or personal life or even is someone drinks or smokes. The manager itself stalks employees social media and then talks behind their backs. Gossiping behind people's backs. This toxic culture is encouraged by senior leaders, including the CEO, who also treats female staff with disrespect and makes degrading remarks. Basic employee rights, like taking a proper lunch break, are ignored, and the overall office environment is suffocating and controlling. The CEO is extremely rude, and you can't even use basic office amenities comfortably. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy, respectful workplace. Some people are recommended by the deity they believe in and you can get the job with a qualification as well. Those people play favourites and keep gossiping all day. The ceo(owner) of the company once physically abused a male staff and insulted a female in front of whole office.

I dislike this company because no job security, in a month my shift timing changes for twice and suddenly they want to change my department, as the boss said you have 2 choices either you have go another department or resign, so i choice to resign, as i applied for receptionist not for other post.
