...re always been supportive. Our Director is very helpfull and soft spoken person. Salary always on time. Very cash rich company. Given full salary in covid including Puja bonus also. Work Life balance is awesome.

Growth is very slow. Skill development is neglated here.

Good training was provided by my senior.Learnt a lot of marketing skills from them. Received good guidance.

Compensation was average. Salary in cash for 1st 6 months and no salary slips given during that time. Moreover the behavior of the higher management is terrible. No job security. Have a history of removing old employees and replacing them with new ones with same work load but less salary. There was a lot of office politics going on. Girls are required to be always presentable in terms of dress and make up.

Nothing..Worst company ever..work envir is worst. Politics is on the peak..no appraisal is there.

...security.manager is so cheap and behaviour is worst..the boss is mentally sick..doesn't give Salary timely..they have stop giving incentives also.

Very bad work culture .High level of politics run by superior.No new joinees will survive here. Dont leave your company and join here.

There's nothing as such to like about this company. Horrible work culture, the management, authorized people and few staffs. No job security at all.

Dislikes

No freedom to work. Kind of call center, where you will be given target. If you cannot get them Purchase order by next 2months, Your job will be on toss for sure. You can't have social life during 6 months probation period. Can't look after your loved ones during this probation period. You are banned from posting your company's name on any social media. You are not allowed to have #me time during 9 hours of work schedule.
