Toxic work culture with politics in all departments.. No training no resources..u r on ur own. work here if u want only money.. the money is also 30% less than what they promise on paper. Job security is 1%. The appraisals are a mere paper-filling process with no say on ur rating..if u get 5 out of 5 then also u can get fired.

Dislikes

Everything...Useless work culture, the toxic attitude of seniors, salary cuts..zero job security...even covid times working from the office... employee security is zero..

The treatment they give to the expats is horrible. They don't pay the final separation payout. I would strongly recommend not to take up job in that company.

PROMOTIONS/ APPRAISAL not system to appraisal you, everything based on eye-services. No resource like system/computer giving to you. you learn on you own, and your voice is not heard anywhere in case where u want to make effort/ contribute to the network growth. our BO office in Ibadan , has no backup light for our personal computers, no ac., water dropping from roof when rain falls. The so calls oga has been informed severally. nothing has been done at it, so far they not been affected.

Only the cheapness of the currency and accommodation provided by the company.

Dislikes

Everything from sitting arrangements, worklife balances, dislike of Nigerians for other nationals, no vision since it is a individual driven. Local payment of conversion of dollar not done as per the central bank of Nigeria rates.
