...a they just think the new guy should know everything. Lastly the canteen is pvt. you have to pay minimum 50 still you don't get quality food.

In Glenmark there is good work culture and a suitable environment for learner but when if we talk about pay than it is tuff here , but job is safe here. Over all it is a better than nothing.

In Glenmark some coluge are treat politics and whole year you are a hard worker but in last when time comes of increment then boss cheat with doer, and this is a process of increment its called KRA.

work presure was low, lower designation employee overtime value is high compare to other that meance i am quite satisfied company policy.

One of the best pharmaceutical company. Company support employee by pay extra bonus during lockdown and support to those who are unable to come for their job. And also provide extra travelling facilities during this pandamic situation.

...raining imparted daily routine.Job security much sure other than pharma company. Carrier growth was good and as usual salary quite good. work environment was very healthy and joyful.
