Company name is big brand in market, salary comes on time, increments on time, incentives earnings is excellent but people's means managers are using abusing languages, no job security, if you did target for 12 month's and if failed to do target for 1 or 2 months then seniors ask to put resign at any time, too much unethical practices done here, I would like to recommend to anyone.

Products and company support is competitively with standards. Salary and every perks are come on date.

It's a number base company if you couldn't deliver your number concicutively 3 months you will be terminated. If your package gone high you will cornered by superiors once you will not on business number. More they are giving inappropriate growth on sales targets. The negotiations are not allowed by superiors. Bad practices are here every month end. Superiors are not maintaing ethics in words, business as well as in person. Job security is a question mark...

Politics, No learning and degradation of position , disrespect by seniors, No one Job is secure cant plan personal future due to uncertainity, work life balance is out of imagination

SAP, Finance, Master Team, & distribution teams has lots of unidentified process. Which takes lots of time and no helpful team to support.

...a they just think the new guy should know everything. Lastly the canteen is pvt. you have to pay minimum 50 still you don't get quality food.
