As a fresher u have a good opportunity to learn things because it is a buisy hospital which is pertinent for your skill development.

... increment of only 1000rs for a staff who is within the organisation for 2yrs .They are not willing to retain professionally competent staffs by providing a good salary and increment , rather they like to run organisation with freshers bcoz they need only little pay

I like each and every thing about the hospital especially my dietician mam. Her way of teaching was excellent. I learn a lot of things during my internship. Practising your knowledge during the internship is a very good experience.

Present management is very very poor, no recognition, no support from new administration staff. All will play politics. Etc ...........

Work life balance, good work culture and supporting management are a few feature that any employee wants but unfortunately these all are missing at Global Hospital. On social media the management keep posting about encouraging good workers and women empowerment whereas when it comes to act on those words, it is exactly the opposite.
