Salary comes on time is one of the likable factors, every TL, Sales lead, operations manager, Project manager, Marketing Manager, CGO each and every body is a good person, supportive and co-operative.

The CEO is a garbage, dose not know how to run a company, always thinks cussing and oppressing the BDEs and TLs is a good way to run a company and generating good revenue, does nothing just sits in the chair and everybody, no work life balance you have to work on weekends you have to work late night after the shift even in your holidays and sick days when you are seriously sick !

This company, always harassing everyone, especially women employees are being harassed by TL Souvik Paul and CEO Shivam. They make all the good promises during interview but they do totally opposite They will put pressure on you for being available 24/7 or else they will harass you. There is no career growth, they make false promises

Mainly the CGO and Buisness Manager will create unnecessary pressure. They will torture employees mentally, they do partiality. They force you to quit the job there was no guidance and training. They do scam with clients
