This company is very good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Employee friendly organization. Its unfortunate that the company got acquired by HUL. Else its the best cultured fmcg organization.

Nothing much except the fixed part of the employees are a bit lower. But its gets compensated with huge incentives and bonus. Its the company where you work and earn money.

Work life balance and good salary. But that's not the key for longevity.

Dislikes

.... People feel unsecured and lack of recognition. Politics at the highest degree. You will not get any job outside since your salary is high

Healthy work atmosphere with minimum work load with good support with the management, was able to maintain work life balance

Dislikes

Salary part was not that satisfactory, people who are outsourced has no benefits compared to direct employees
