...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Best thing would that it's a part of the German parent company...Little bits of skill development and growth learnings are beings imparted through pratical experiences.

Dislikes

Work life balance limits to a BIG ZERO. No appraisal or incentives. Hardwork goes by unnoticed. Work distribution not regularised . Weekends are unofficially working days since it can be used for companies growth Throughout year loads which increases exponentially from mid year onwards resulting in bad work culture .. In short simple corporate life that eats into your private social as well as your mental well being

As it has a fading structure of organizational chart they don't know how to assign work, and coordinate the hierarchical work activities. There is Coordination and cooperation at the moment of work life balance. To whom you are reporting you don't know at all. If you're joining or going to join I would recommend talk to there ex-employees you will get more clarity about the organization. Feedback system is just for formality no HR will see and take action against it.
