Only 5 days working.they wont allow us to do extra tym also.if we work on additional day,we can take compensatory immediately. Increments are too good in in percentages.minimum 12% max 25 % is guarantee

Overall it is good.negative side is.very strict timings.we should do 9 hr 00 secs.otherwise they will cut salary after seeing 2 to 3 times not for first tym.they wont provide transportation during holidays and weekoffs
