Compare to other companies here we have more man power. There is no particular work for particular person.we can explore more instruments and equipments. Only 5 days working.they wont allow us to do extra tym also.if we work on additional day,we can take compensatory immediately. Increments are too good in in percentages.minimum 12% max 25 % is guarantee

Overall it is good.negative side is.very strict timings.we should do 9 hr 00 secs.otherwise they will cut salary after seeing 2 to 3 times not for first tym.they wont provide transportation during holidays and weekoffs

HR policies, HR will be silent mode always, company culture, favouritism towards kannada people. No equal opportunity, worst food in manufacturing facility, No promotion for hardworking people.
