A lot of politics. You have to worship your manager day and night. Some excellent managers will help you grow in your personal/professional life but the chance of getting these managers is 10-20%. Micro-Management is the core strategy there. If anyone wants to optimize for money you should go there. They are specifically creating a Virus that is installed forcefully in mid-range phones by default. If anyone wants to contribute to this Virus and know how to play with innocent people's minds, this is the right place to start. Anyone must avoid such places if they want to contribute to Humanity or the Tech Community. You will forget work ethics once you complete your 1st work anniversary at this place.

There’s nothing to like in this company. The management, leadership is worst. They always pretend that they care about employees but in reality they’ll fire you for no reason.

In last 2 year tenure there was no increment no appraisal nothing. Even after putting efforts more than the full time employees didn't got the full time role
