Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

nothing to like, they are fraud.

Dislikes

...reuptated company to joing glamyo. After 4 month they fire her by saying layoff. They dont even have money to pay to doctors and staff and hold the salary. DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY IN ANY CASE, THEY MAKE YOUR WORK HARD 4-5 MONTHS AND ATFER THAT THEY FIRE YOU BY SAYING LAYOFF. THEY DONT HAVE MONEY TO PAY YOU.
