I don't like anything that company

Dislikes

Work satisfaction,work life balance,office colleague are uncultural,they didn't give timely salary,they don't give me my bonus money. They are don't know how to talk. The director Amit Gupta is horrible,he doesn't know how to talk to employee.He doesn't give salary after working and then he switched off the phone. Their is no salary incremeant.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good.

Dislikes

There is no politics but the management doesn't address market issues. Salary is decent but there is no in-house promotion.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
