No Job description, do not know how to use high profiled staff, no ethics and manners in office by business owner, speaks in sarcastic language so that you leave, when that doesn't work, they will call you and say Company is in loss and we we will not be able to give salaries, he is succumbed to old non performing staff who are locals, no knowledge of Aesthetic business and blame new staffs, fire people as in when without notice, salary given in parts 2-3 times in a month when you request, as salary dispenser is owners brother gives 10% of salary to doctors in ac and rest in cash to dupe income tax dept, closing clinics and dumping non performing clinics to staff who are rich and selling off. Will a business continue to do that and gire people for time being and fire ???? Dear friends if you love your family and a supportive member then DO NOT join this company, you will be sheet loss by investing your own money to work.

Over work, no overtime benefits, consultant fakes every client as Doctor, which he is not....Full of lies and fake promises..Technicians think the are VIPs, no respect no value of Doctors, just mere Labour work
