The working environment is good, salary is always on time. Supportive management, Company location is good and working staff is also cooperative.

Dislikes

The work burden is also there but if you work properly all helped. The company's location is near the metro but it's far from my home.

Worst company to work, it's hell with no job security and for women personal security also hampers. MD and DGM always pressurize the young female employees to become physical... Hell is even better than this company. They always watching your all activities through cc tv ,fitted everywhere.

Dislikes

No work culture, ni job security, no timely salary, even after 1 month they either through you out or pay you only 30-40% of the committed salary.

Likes

There is nothing to like in this company. Only if you are ready to take a torture and play with professional life . Join. Else..just find another job.

Dislikes

The management needs to understand the importance of retention and correct employee motivation. Also hr policy should be corrected to improve. Also, the monotonous work environment with no scope of learning and no job security is a threat to career and mental health.
