Gladstone Agencies is the best place to work. I have had my awesome share of experiences in the company. Everyone is family and Gladstone becomes your first home instead of second home. Most companies there is no fixed time for things, however, in Gladstone, there is work life balance which encourages the employees to put in their best in the company. My only regret was leaving the company. If I was given a re-do in life, I would never leave the company. In fact, if I was given an opportunity again, I would rejoin the company. However, we all wish time could be rewound.

The work atmosphere is awesome. My teammates are the best and I am extremely honoured that I was part of such a great team. It's like a total family in the company.

I don't think that there is anything in the company that I don't like. It has been my complete privilege to work for this company..

Office timing is very good. So, you can keep a good Work-Life balance.

Dislikes

No Reward for good performance, no punishment for bad performance. This attitude of management creates frustration to the hard working employees and few take disadvantages of it.
