The company gave good opportunities in the design and review of the structural works and also in the various aspects of the project which involved the preparation of Detailed Project Report, Estimation, Bid documents,Contract agreements and execution of the contract. I'm glad to work under most resourceful and experienced Team Leader. I was given opportunities to attend the meetings with senior officials of the client for discussion regarding the project.

...ch will be very difficult to get some guidance during the execution of the work. Late salary and travel allowance payment.

Salay not received in time. Last 5 months salary not received.

Strong bad feelings in between regular & free lancer employees. In last five years company either merged with another company or changed his name.

I liked the company culture. Everyone in the company is down to earth. They are anticipating, are compassionate and understand employees need.

At first the management will put you on a pedestal to get all the work done and then when the work is over, the management would pull the pedestal out. Wrong judgement is choosing project manager, sometimes the role is given to someone who has zero knowledge about practical field, has never implemented nor designed any structures nor hydraulics, rather has worked as a professor in a private university majority of the tenure, and in spite of repetitive mistakes and misbehaviors with sub-ordinates "that" someone still continues to be the apple of the eye of the management.

There is nothing I really dislike about my current job. The respected team leader at my current company always helps me improve my skills and learn new things, and I am grateful for those opportunities. I am applying for this job because working remotely has become challenging for me.
