there is nothing to like about this organisation, they will only attract you by giving good salary and wfh but from there itself you will invite thousand problems in your life.

Dislikes

worst work culture, political environment, no job security, 12 hrs of work on daily basis, no personal life, unskilled management. mass firing going on.

Dislikes

.... 30% people were layed off recently. 4. It's like a freelancing to work in GKN. They hold you with good package and work from home till project goes to sop. After that they will lay you off. 5. They don't even give you a proper notice.
