very strict timing.. if we punch in 1 min late , they will deduct 50rs from our salary. No salary after 3 months, only incentive, based on our work.. which will be less than half of our salary that we agreed while interviewing.

- No job security, they will fire you for no reason, if they don't have projects in hand, even if you are doing extremely well. - Toxic culture. - Top level politics specially by Fullstack and Nodejs lead. - Seniors are very rude. - No work life balance, you have to work late at night and reach the office early the next day. - Not recommended at all.

GKM IT is like family to me, I have been working in the organization for the past 8 years and have worked on diverse projects. I have consistent opportunities to upgrade my skills and work on diverse projects.

The senior backend developers encourage learning as fundamental, and a part of development culture. It's a great thing to be in a place that considers development more important than fixed roles

GKM IT, in Udaipur has a wealth of knowledge. I joined the company 11 months backand it has been a positive experience for me. The workforce has strong technical capabilities and I have had the opportunity to learn from them and work collaboratively.
