...fice workforce are fired on a phone call by saying that can't continue with you. Even after 4 month getting half salary. Please don't expect increment here, they will show you door... work componsation is too low in comparison of work load. You will not get personal time. Even after ten hours in field you will have to work about 2-4 hours at home and this is on regular bases and you will feel like a slave...don't expect career here you will regret later. Writting annonymously for obvious reason.

in a month 20 days have very low work load just like empity but in last 10 days load is so high...! no return time in month end 12 to 1 am in office is not good time...!

It is a CA firm . But my dept working for bankings . Work culture is good. All directors and board of members is cooprateable

Growth is slow . As well as nill. I have to work official and field 10 hours in a day . Manager do not velue my efforts

People are corporative. Like a team.

It is ca firm. No job security. And not Provide esi and pf to back office staff. (But at the time of joining they told you that we provide esi and pf facility.) And Many time you should tell a lie to your clients about there credit reports.
