Poor management, lot of non-technical persons hiring in IT, HR, Production managers interfering in IT department. Employee harassment / torture, No Growth

I have done job as an operator but after provide them my best part and 100% of my hardwork and consistency not get the half from their side , The same thing is happen with all those employees who are currently work their as due to management also, people can't get the same or equal of their work

Yes...it's a Good company and you can grow and develop your career by learning and using your own skills of wor. About job security, no other pvt companies gives the same, you should work hard show your performance in this company to senior management.

I think there is only one area where company should work which I don't like it's no body think about better service.

Company will not give any employee facility's for off roll employees so not sutable for fresher's and this company not give appointment letter and offer letter and experience letter offter resigning. So easy of time and not carrier growth.
