No salary hikes past 2 cycles and uncertain in coming years; company following constructive dismissal strategy to lay off; harassment cases are dismissed strategically by managers, senior managers and HR; complicit HR system and deletes evidences of complaints to protect toxic managers and company's reputation; exits are made difficult and defamatory; no canteen or vending machines, no employee benefit such as free tea or coffee (employees pay their own); highly not recommended for entry-level or freshers as learning opportunities are limited/none; no skill development except managing contractors; Promotions are none or progression with a 5% hike; salary negotiations are forbidden. Job security is subjective to budget allocation from the foreign government; salaries are way below par the market offering.

Moderate corruption level, very low avenues for increment after joining, caste system between germans and national staff in terms of benefits and salaries (Germans get paid 10x more for doing 0.5x work), super limited chance at being in leadership positions, high levels of office politics

A very terrible organisation that does't

Dislikes

They selected me as an intern and after a few days sent a rejection letter due to "technical issues". The worst part is they didn't even have the common decency to call me about it. They just emailed me a letter. And later that day when I tried calling the manager, he wasn't picking up my calls. I, then, called from a different number and he picked it up and said he was busy in a meeting. Worst experience of my life. Felt like my life was over and my dreams were shattered. Would not recommend this company ever.

Work culture was very good and flexible timing was best suited, it was great learning experience.

Dislikes

There is no job prospects for freshers and since we worked remotely we failed to get hands-on experience.

Its a very professional organization which provides good work life balance. You find like minded people. The organization has diverse projects. You feel proud to work for the company

Dislikes

As most of the positions are project based, therefore, there is sustainability and security issue
