No job security - hired a developer made him do all task and removed him at the end day of probation period by saying I do not like your comments on the PR and hired an intern to make her do tasks Eww..... tbh politics at its peak

Salary is low Even after your hardwork the appraisal are poor Constantly losing clients creating a questionable situation on job security People are getting laid off or leaving, because of poor management
