Salary is low Even after your hardwork the appraisal are poor Constantly losing clients creating a questionable situation on job security People are getting laid off or leaving, because of poor management

...to your need but would force you to work overtime and will not pay you for that. Salary is so bad 5 EOE front end engineer are getting 4.5lks. Upon that they are working here. I'M getting 8.5lks as I'm the only person present for **. Not mentioning my role as people would get to know 😂 No promotions frankly speaking Job security word itself would get embarrassed if it get to know that people are using in GiveIndia. No job security - hired a developer made him do all task and removed him at the end day of probation period by saying I do not like your comments on the PR and hired an intern to make her do tasks Eww..... tbh politics at its peak

Low pay scale Product company on the path to becoming a process-based company Do not care about the existing employees, but instead hire new people from the outside and replace you HR is in abundance, but no one wants to engage with you unless you ask There are people who join the social sector for the cause and there are people who join just to garner attention in this area Hiring excessively for top positions but failing to raise or appraise lower-level employees
