Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

It was very good experience working with Gitanjali as we have good colleagus, great work environment, learned new things, seniors always ready to support. I was feeling good while working with Gitanjali but everything vanished..😠😠😠😠😭😭😭😭😢😢😢😣😣

While working I was started feeling a little bit unsecure after completion of my probation period as something was not going good. But as I was very new to this sector so I was not aware about scenarios whats gonna happen in next few months. As I was working as BDM and closed 4 deals north India and after that felt very sorry as all of my clients/franchise not happy as they stuck after investing their money in the brand. Company declared bankruptcy.Very sad...... This is all about my experience, employee very good, great work culture and some of them undergoing very bad phase of life including me without job. Thanks
